This policy explains how Atlas Asphalt & Sealcoat, Inc. collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our website.
Information you give us
Our contact form for estimate requests collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and what you tell us about how we can help. We use this information to respond to your estimate request. Information from this form is sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
Our chat assistant collects the messages you type. If you choose to share them, it also collects your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the paving or striping work you need. Anthropic's AI service processes your messages to generate replies. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat transcript and any details you provide. Those details are also sent to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can follow up.

- Your approximate location derived from your IP address.
We use website tools to host and display the site, check form submissions for spam and bots, measure visits, and understand how you find and use the site so we can improve it. We also use tools to measure advertising results and show ads to people who have visited the site. Our visitor identification service tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browsers to identity data held by partner networks.
Who receives your information
Information goes to providers that support website hosting, forms and customer records, chat and AI replies, spam and bot checks, website statistics, advertising, visitor identification, and embedded content. These include our marketing agency and the providers listed below. When your browser requests fonts, icons, images, files, code, or embedded widgets from outside providers, those providers receive request information such as your IP address.
We do not sell your personal information. We do share information for targeted advertising.
Yes, other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. These include our Google advertising tools and visitor identification service.
Cookies and your choices
Optional analytics and advertising tools stay off until you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner or scroll the page while the banner is showing. Scrolling while the banner shows counts as accepting those tools. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to switch analytics or advertising cookies off, or back on, at any time.
Elfsight widgets and the embedded HighLevel estimate form load when the page containing them loads, before you make an analytics or advertising cookie choice. They support site features and are separate from optional analytics and advertising tools.
Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals. You can also change your analytics and advertising cookie choices through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
